Granitor Electro is part of the Granitor Group – one of Sweden's and Scandinavia's largest electrical engineering and technical service companies. Granitor works with everything from commercial properties and industry to critical societal operations such as hospitals and the public sector. They have strong internal expertise, their own workshops for cabinet construction, and extensive experience in design, construction, and programming.

The automation business is currently well-established in Tranås and is now expanding to Linköping – where you will play a central role in the build-up.

About the role
As a Service Leader, you will lead and develop Granitor's operations in property automation for customers in Linköping and Norrköping as well as nearby areas. You will work closely with identifying customer needs, developing solutions, and driving projects from quotation to implementation. The practical execution will take place in close collaboration with Granitor's automation department in Tranås, which supports with design, programming, and delivery. Together, you will drive Granitor's investment in smart, sustainable properties and create solutions that make a difference for customers and our planet. In your role, you will be responsible for:

• Visiting customers, identifying needs in property automation, and building long-term relationships through value-creating sales and consulting
• Driving and leading projects, including calculations, quotations, and follow-ups
• Participating in the design of control systems for heating, cooling, ventilation, and energy optimization
• Ensuring that each delivery meets time, budget, and quality – with the customer at the center
• Contributing to the establishment of operations in Linköping and shaping a future local team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in property automation, preferably in heating, cooling, and ventilation
• Has good knowledge of common control systems and an interest in energy efficiency
• Is accustomed to customer contact and thrives in an advisory, business-oriented role
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has a good understanding of English
• Holds a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have experience in project management, calculation work, or an established network in the region – but the most important thing is your technical competence and your willingness to take responsibility and develop in a project management role.
